The Brief: Delivering Seamless Mobility for a Mega Event
ADIPEC 2025, hosted at ADNEC, is one of the UAE’s largest international exhibitions, attracting tens of thousands of visitors daily. Our mission was to deliver a seamless, safe, and scalable mobility experience for all attendees, from VIPs to the general public, across a complex, multi-site event footprint.
The Challenge: High-Density, Multi-Site Operations
Managing 60,000+ daily visitors required a robust, integrated approach to traffic, transport, and parking. The event footprint spanned multiple access points and remote Park & Ride locations, demanding real-time coordination and rapid response to dynamic conditions.
Our Solution: Integrated Mobility Systems
We implemented a comprehensive mobility system connecting the main venue with remote sites. High-frequency shuttle operations, continuous dispatch, and load balancing ensured smooth ingress and egress, even during peak periods. A centralized control room enabled real-time monitoring and rapid response to any incidents.
Our team managed over 17,000 parking spaces, coordinated VIP and accredited vehicle movement, and deployed clear signage and wayfinding to guide attendees efficiently throughout the event.
